My name is Adam Clark. I am a recent PhD graduate and Research Assistant at the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University. Before joining MLFTC, I was an instructor at the American English and Culture Program at Arizona State University. Before coming to ASU, I was an instructor and CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning) coordinator for the English Language Program at Saginaw Valley State University, where I was on staff from 2010-2014. Prior to SVSU, I taught EFL for several years at a variety of schools in Japan.

I have presented extensively at the American Association for Educational Research (AERA), TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages), the International Conference of Qualitative Inquiry (ICQI) and the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE). I have been a leader in a program seeking programmatic accreditation with Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA). I am also a frequent CEA site reviewer. I review manuscripts for Educational Policy Analysis Archives (EPAA) a peer-reviewed, open-access, international, multilingual, and multidisciplinary journal.
